Duties

  • We are seeking motivated individuals with exceptional work behaviours to join our Site Leadership
  • Program.
  • As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging site initiatives, events, and
  • communications that support the goals of the Site Leadership Program. You’ll help foster a strong
  • sense of community, connection, and culture across ATO sites.
  • Working closely with your site, you will develop a strong understanding of local priorities,
  • employee needs, and workplace culture. These insights will enable you to tailor Site Leadership
  • Program activities and communications to reflect the unique character of your site, ensuring they
  • are meaningful, relevant, and resonate with employees. Through effective coordination and
  • stakeholder engagement, you’ll help create a positive and connected workplace experience.
  • To successfully deliver the responsibilities of this position, the role requires attendance on site for
  • at least three days per week.
