About National Anti-Corruption Commission
The Education and Outreach Team plays a critical role in supporting NACC’s corruption
prevention and education functions. The team designs, delivers and evaluates high-quality
education, engagement and outreach activities that build integrity capability across the
Commonwealth public sector.
As a Senior Outreach Officer, you will coordinate stakeholder engagement initiatives, mange
projects and events, and support the development of partnerships that enhance the Commission’s
reach and impact. You will work closely with internal subject matter experts, Commonwealth
entities and external stakeholders to deliver engagement activities that support the Commission’s
priorities.
This role requires strong relationship management, communication and project management
skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a
dynamic environment. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Commission’s
stakeholder engagement approaches through evaluation, planning and collaboration.
Occasional travel may be required.
Key activities:
Build, maintain and strengthen productive relationships with Commonwealth entities, integrity
partners, professional networks and other stakeholders.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement projects and activities, ensuring outcomes are delivered
on time and to a high standard.
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans that support the Commission’s
priorities and strategic objectives.
Coordinate meetings, forums, workshops, events and other engagement activities, including
logistics, communications and stakeholder management.
Identify, monitor and respond to stakeholder needs, risks and emerging issues, providing
advice and recommendations as required.
Support cross-functional projects by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables and
ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.
Prepare high-quality correspondence, briefing materials, reports and stakeholder
communications.
Monitor and evaluate engagement activities to identify opportunities for continuous
improvement and increased impact.
Contribute to a collaborative team culture and support broader Commission priorities as
required.
The NACC is a small agency. In addition to these activities, from time to time you may be asked to
undertake tasks that are outside your usual span of duties but that are within the range of your
capabilities. Supporting one another in this way provides opportunities for exposure across the
agency and is an integral part of the NACC’s positive workplace culture.

Eligibility / Notes
- Employment with the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) is subject to the following
- conditions:
- Citizenship – Applicants must be an Australian Citizen.
- Security Clearance – This is a Designated Security Assessment Position (DSAP). The
- occupant of this position must obtain and retain an AGSVA security clearance to the
- specified level.
- Suitability assessment – The NACC must be satisfied that successful applicants are of
- suitable character. They must undergo a rigorous pre-employment suitability screening
- process that can be intrusive in nature including (but not limited to) detailed background,
- character, employment, police, and financial checks.
- Probation – A probation period will apply to any new ongoing engagement to the Australian
- Public Service.
