Duties (What You Will Do)

Vehicle technical installations Fitting vehicles with technical equipment and ensuring proper integration with systems
Technical outcomes Achieving required outcomes within set timeframes
Design and implementation Design and implement technical systems; document control updates
Team collaboration Work effectively within a team; support broader team goals
Operational support Provide administrative support as required; assist with various tasks
Documentation Regular documentation updates and asset control
Stock and procurement Stocktake, asset management and procurement activities with proper records
Prioritisation and adaptability Prioritise tasks and adapt to changing needs

About You (Eligibility)

  • Australian Citizenship required at time of application
  • Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) clearance or ability to obtain one
  • Auto Electrical/Mechanical trade certificates or extensive related experience
  • Automotive industry experience relevant to the role
  • Current first aid certificate or ability to obtain one
  • Metal work and fabrication experience
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and challenging environments
  • Desirable: Electronics Certificate 3 or electronics experience; Working at Heights; Tower climbing experience; 4WD training; Heavy Rigid & Motorbike licences; 5+ years of technical experience
