The opportunity
Become an essential part of the machinery that keeps ASIO running. We are seeking dedicated
and detail-oriented cleaning professionals to maintain our facilities to the highest standards. We
are looking for individuals who take pride in their craft to ensure our floors, surfaces, restrooms,
and common areas remain pristine.
These positions are full-time with evening shift positions also available in Canberra.
A merit pool may be created to fill future vacancies which have the same or similar requirements
to this position. This merit pool will be valid for up to 18 months.

- What you will bring
- We are seeking candidates with the following capabilities:
- A reasonable fitness level for walking, bending, and reaching activities, and ability to lift
- objects up to 10 kilograms;
- Discretion when present in work spaces;
- Understanding and awareness of health and safety procedures, for example manual
- handling, safe use of chemicals, working at heights, hazard identification;
- Good attention to detail;
- Effective time management;
- Personal drive and motivation;
- Willingness to learn new tasks; and
- Good communication and client engagement skills.
