Duties

  • As a Change Management Analyst, you will deliver and continuously improve client-focused
  • organisational, cultural and technology change initiatives aligned to the ATO’s Enterprise Change
  • Management framework. You’ll analyse change impacts and contribute to the design and
  • implementation of end-to-end change strategies, including communication planning and
  • stakeholder engagement.
  • You will support the planning and coordination of change activities across projects or programs,
  • applying sound judgment to manage competing priorities.
  • You will build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, provide guidance, and contribute to
  • continuous improvement in change management practices to strengthen organisations capability
  • outcomes.
