About the Opportunity
The National Anti‑Corruption Commission (NACC) is seeking a dedicated professional to lead witness welfare and liaise across our teams. You’ll contribute to a culture that places integrity and wellbeing at the centre of our investigative work, ensuring witnesses receive timely, evidence-based support and information.
Working with a small, high‑performing team, you’ll influence policy, contribute to learning programs, and help embed best-practice, trauma‑informed approaches. Your role will span across hearings, records, and service processes, while building networks with external support services to keep witnesses safe and supported.

About You (Eligibility)
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Social Welfare, Behavioural/Social Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Citizenship: Australian Citizen.
- Security: Negative Vetting 1 required for this Designated Security Assessment Position.
- Suitability: Completion of a rigorous pre-employment suitability screening process.
- Probation: Probation applies for new ongoing APS engagements.
- Soft skills: Strong judgement, ability to cooperate and lead across teams, excellent communication, and a calm, trauma-informed approach.
- Technical skills: Knowledge of welfare services, referral pathways, and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
