Duties

  • What You’ll Do:
  • Taking over work already underway and driving the project through to delivery, business
  • readiness, go-live, and transition into use.
  • Support an additional complaints function, including configuration, documentation, testing,
  • access requirements, and business sign-off.
  • Confirm requirements, workflows, data needs, reporting needs, business impacts, and
  • readiness activities.
  • Complete the public-facing webforms and manage vendor deliverables, timeframes,
  • documentation, dependencies, and issues.
  • Coordinate the secure integration between the webforms and the case management system:
  • Including API and middleware requirements, testing, security controls, documentation, and
  • issue resolution.
  • Coordinate validation of migrated historical case data: including more than 10 years of
  • records, working with business users and vendors to confirm the data is complete, accurate,
  • usable, appropriately secured, and ready for business use.
  • Maintain one integrated project plan and project record: including milestones, actions,
  • decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, meeting records, status updates, and controlled
  • project documentation.
  • User acceptance testing, integration testing, defect management, access testing, go-live
  • planning, transition support, and post-implementation handover
  • Support security and assurance activities including data handling, access controls, API and
  • middleware security, penetration testing, assurance evidence, and implementation risk
  • management.
  • Act as the central coordination point for the project: ensuring business areas, ICT, security,
  • and vendors are working to the same plan, issues are raised early, communications are
  • clear, and senior stakeholders receive timely updates and advice.

Eligibility / Notes

  • What We’re Looking For:
  • Project management skills, including project planning, milestone tracking, delivery
  • coordination, risk and issue management, reporting, and implementation governance.
  • Business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process review, workshop
  • facilitation, documentation, testing support, and business readiness planning.
  • Experience coordinating business system implementations, preferably involving case
  • management, workflow, complaints, regulatory, records, or service delivery systems.
  • Experience in webforms and system integration, including APIs, middleware, data flows,
  • testing, documentation, and vendor coordination. The role does not require hands-on coding
  • but does require enough knowledge to coordinate delivery and manage risks.
  • Experience in data migration, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, defect resolution,
  • business checking, and sign-off of historical data.
  • Experience in security, privacy, access control, data handling, testing, and assurance,
  • particularly in environments handling sensitive information.
  • Vendor management skills, including managing deliverables, timelines, dependencies,
  • documentation, issues, and escalation points.
  • Strong written communication skills, including project updates, briefing notes, meeting
  • records, decision logs, risk registers, and implementation documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to bring structure to complex work involving
  • multiple teams, vendors, risks, and dependencies.
