Duties
- Senior Executive Lawyer (Senior Executive Service Band 1)
- Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney
- Ongoing (permanent) role
- An opportunity exists for a leading senior public law litigator to join our Dispute Resolution practice
- group in the Security & Enforcement practice area. We are looking for a senior legal practitioner
- with extensive experience in complex and sensitive public law litigation. In this role, part of your
- practice will be to work closely with Commonwealth security, intelligence and law enforcement
- agencies on national security and law enforcement matters.
Eligibility / Notes
- To apply you must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to obtain and maintain a security
- clearance at the Negative Vetting 2 (NV2) or Top Secret – Privileged Access (TS-PA) level as
- required.
