About Australian Nuclear Science and Technology
Reporting to the Head of Risk, you will operate as a trusted Line 2 business partner, supporting
assigned divisions to identify, understand and manage enterprise risks. You will facilitate risk
discussions, provide practical advice, develop Executive and Board reporting, identify emerging
risks and help embed effective risk management into planning, decision making and day-to-day
operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, asking thoughtful
questions and influencing better outcomes through collaboration
Duties
- Your Duties and Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with business divisions to apply ANSTO’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Facilitate enterprise risk workshops and risk assessments.
- Provide practical risk advice and support informed decision making.
- Develop enterprise risk reporting for Executive and Board Committees.
- Analyse risk information, trends and emerging risks.
- Support monitoring of key risks, controls and treatment actions.
- Deliver risk training and capability uplift across the organisation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise risk methodologies, tools and practices.
