The opportunity
As the SAP Senior Business Support Analyst – People , you will join the SAP Solutions Team within CSIRO’s
Information Management and Technology (IM&T) group. Where you will provide specialist SAP expertise to support
the systems and services that underpin critical business functions across the organisation.
Working closely with HR/People team, IM&T and business stakeholders, you will contribute to the design,
development and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions, helping to create streamlined, user-focused
systems that support business outcomes and leading practices.
Leveraging data, insights and strong stakeholder collaboration, you will play a key role in delivering innovative,
integrated and efficient SAP solutions that enable CSIRO’s world-class science and research activities.
Duties
- High-level duties include
- Champion employee technology to drive maximum productivity for all end users.
- Help establish a culture of continuous improvement and curiosity across all aspects of the people systems
- lifecycle.
- Work with People and IM&T teams to ensure that solutions are delivered with the appropriate levels of quality,
- performance, availability, security, supportability, reusability, sociability and automation.
- Utilise effective partnering strategies across the Enterprise Services functions of CSIRO.
- Work with key staff in the People function to deliver systems to support the People Experience roadmap.

- Salary: AU$118,102 – AU$127,808 per annum (pro rata for part-time), plus 15.4% superannuation

Eligibility / Notes
- As the successful candidate, you will bring:
- Essential criteria
- Demonstrated sound knowledge of HR/People processes and procedures, and broader business practices.
- Proven ability to understand and apply technology solutions supporting the People Lifecycle.
- Extensive experience in configuration of SuccessFactors modules and SAP Organisational
- Management/Employee Lifecycle functionality.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with initiative to communicate, collaborate and work effectively
- across organisational boundaries.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a diverse and challenging program of work across the core
- SuccessFactors and on-premise SAP solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to create a positive impact within a team environment.
- Have and maintain industry certification in at least two SuccessFactors modules.
