Duties
- We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Technical Specialist to join Enterprise Solutions and
- Technology.
- As an IT Technical Specialist (Directory Services), you will take the lead in managing our service
- provider relationships, who maintain and secure our Directory Services environment. You’ll
- collaborate with service providers, technical specialists and relevant Australian Taxation Office
- (ATO) Architectural subject matter experts, contribute to defining and delivering the future state
- within enterprise architecture and security frameworks.
- This role acts as a critical link between End User requirements, ATO Architecture and the
- Managed Service Providers. You’ll ensure a high level of accuracy and consistency is applied in
- the delivery of services, and that best practice is utilised for maintaining the health and security of
- the Active Directory environment.
- You will implement strategies and processes to deliver sustainable, professional and flexible
- technology capability that meet our IT plan and government policy initiatives.
