Duties

  • We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Technical Specialist to join Enterprise Solutions and
  • Technology.
  • As an IT Technical Specialist (Directory Services), you will take the lead in managing our service
  • provider relationships, who maintain and secure our Directory Services environment. You’ll
  • collaborate with service providers, technical specialists and relevant Australian Taxation Office
  • (ATO) Architectural subject matter experts, contribute to defining and delivering the future state
  • within enterprise architecture and security frameworks.
  • This role acts as a critical link between End User requirements, ATO Architecture and the
  • Managed Service Providers. You’ll ensure a high level of accuracy and consistency is applied in
  • the delivery of services, and that best practice is utilised for maintaining the health and security of
  • the Active Directory environment.
  • You will implement strategies and processes to deliver sustainable, professional and flexible
  • technology capability that meet our IT plan and government policy initiatives.
