Duties

  • Undertake system configuration, master data, workflows, manage security/roles, and release
  • management.
  • Undertake unit testing, regression testing, and UAT coordination, create test scripts and
  • maintain evidence.
  • Undertake incident/problem management through triage, root cause analysis, and
  • communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain records, configuration artefacts and evidence in line with organisational information
  • management requirements.
  • Provide clear advice to stakeholders on system impacts, risks and options to protect system
  • integrity and control standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across integrated systems and application layers.
  • Maintain and improve FMIS and expense management system documentation (processes,
  • configurations, procedures and knowledge articles).
  • Undertake reporting (e.g., extracting, reconciling and validating data, supporting dashboards,
  • and ad hoc reporting).
  • Deliver and support end-user training and guidance materials for finance systems as
  • required.

  • strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, record-to-report,
  • expense claims, approvals and controls).

Eligibility / Notes

  • You must be an Australian citizen.
  • If you do not have a birth certificate issued by an Australian State or Territory Government, you
  • must submit a copy of your Australian Citizenship Certificate with your job application.
  • You must have a checkable background.
  • We must be able to practically verify, from independent and reliable sources, [cumulative] periods
  • of 12 months or more spent outside Australia.
  • You must be willing to undergo an organisational pre-employment assessmen t.
  • To be eligible for employment with ONI, preferred applicants will be required to undergo a
