Duties (What You Will Do)
| Provide information and advice relating to court services, procedures, processes and forms to clients; outline external options to help resolve enquiries. |
| Progress cases by delivering administrative services in line with court processes, including document lodgement, enquiries management, Registrar support and handling court fees. |
| Assist in managing complex cases using the case management system; work independently within defined rules. |
| Identify issues and contribute to problem resolution; prioritise matters to achieve earliest resolution. |
| Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Judges’ chambers, Registrars, legal practitioners, community organisations) to facilitate case resolution. |
| Coach staff, identify training needs, and provide quality assurance. |
| Collate, analyse and produce reports as required; assist Registrars as needed. |
| Support national and local teams with rostered duties and cross‑skilling as required. |
