Duties
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Business Analysis Director to lead our Portfolio
- Performance and Analysis team.
- As a Business Analysis Director, you will operate at the centre of the ATO’s investment
- governance and portfolio management system. You’ll lead a team to deliver highquality analysis
- across the ATO’s project portfolio, translating project data into clear, evidencebased insights on
- delivery confidence, investment performance, risks, change management and benefits realisation.
- You will also play a key role in supporting the organisation as we modernise our enterprise
- portfolio management systems, helping to shape how portfolio data is captured, managed and
- used to support consistent, highquality reporting and insight.
- You will lead and guide portfolio analysts, set clear expectations, and build capability whilst
- contributing to the maturity and consistency of portfolio performance and analysis practices across
- the organisation.
