Duties (What You Will Do)

Key Responsibilities Typical Tasks
Advice Provide subject matter expertise to ensure quality litigation processing support.
Administration and records management Maintain litigation records in case management systems and the Tribunal’s litigation database; update records; manage data entry and mailbox; liaise with Legal Services and decision-making agencies.
Management Support Assist Team Leader with workload management, staff development, guidance, coaching, and training; allocate work and monitor workloads; promote best practice.
Stakeholder Management Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders; coordinate documents for litigation of tribunal decisions.
Service Delivery Coordinate high-quality, admin-related services; maintain advanced knowledge of Tribunal practices and procedures.

About You (Eligibility)

  • Essential: Australian Citizenship
  • Australian Federal Police Check and health declaration required
  • Ability to provide high-quality written communications for external audiences
  • Keen eye for detail, strong judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible mindset, ability to adapt and innovate; willingness to learn
  • Experience coaching or supervising a small team is advantageous
  • Technical proficiency with case management systems and standard office software
