Duties
- We are seeking motivated Relationship Managers to join our Corporate Events and Awards team.
- As a Relationship Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, high profile events
- and awards programs. You’ll lead, mentor and develop a high-performance team focused on
- quality, collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll set clear priorities and ensure outcomes
- are delivered to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
- You will manage critical relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior
- executives. You’ll provide clear strategic advice on the design, delivery and evaluation of events
- and steward the organisation’s performance and recognition framework.
- You will be accountable for risk, governance and reputational outcomes—overseeing schedules,
- resources, budgets and suppliers while resolving complex, high impact issues.
- You will also ensure the quality and consistency of high-level written outputs, drive continuous
- improvement across processes to enhance the overall impact and capability of the function.
