  • and provide hands-on support until SI and BAU are established.
  • Define and govern end-to-end SAP S/4HANA architecture, ensuring alignment with
  • fit-to-standard, clean core, AGA ERP Standards, and government ERP approach. Leverage
  • SAP BTP for extensions and minimise core customisation.
  • Govern integration design between SAP S/4HANA and legacy/external systems (incl. Entra
  • ID), ensuring API-first, secure, high-performance solutions aligned to enterprise and
  • interoperability standards via SAP Integration Suite.
  • Oversee data migration planning, quality, and execution with SDO and SI. Validate
  • readiness, reconciliation, and completion of migration activities (e.g. Migration Cockpit).
  • Lead testing oversight (unit, integration, UAT, parallel run), ensure delivery of test artefacts
  • and readiness reports, and provide expert input into go-live decisions based on risk and
  • quality evidence.
  • Embed security and compliance (ISM, PSPF, data residency) into all technical decisions.
  • Coordinate SI inputs (e.g. IRAP, data flows) to support ATO/accreditation.
  • Manage SI technical deliverables, ensuring quality, standards, and timelines. Lead
  • governance forums (e.g. Design Authority), enforce reuse/adopt principles, and oversee
  • vendor performance and risk escalation.
  • Provide technical advice to leadership, translating risks (integration, security, data, clean
  • core) into business impacts. Identify, track, and mitigate ERP program risks.
  • Oversee SI knowledge transfer, documentation, training, and handover to BAU. Support
  • capability uplift, resolve complex issues, and ensure sustainable post–go-live operations.
  • Please note: This role may require interstate travel from time to time.
