Duties (What You Will Do)

Duties and Key Tasks
Service Delivery Undertake pre-constitution functions related to case management and dispute resolution; conduct Tribunal case events; ensure timely, accessible, high-quality services; evaluate and adjust case management strategies.
Strategic and Operational Advice Provide strategic and operational guidance on case management issues; identify and manage risks; escalate as needed.
Stakeholder Management Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; liaise with parties to progress cases efficiently.
Innovation and Change Identify innovative solutions; lead changes in case management practices; foster continuous improvement and adaptability.

About You (Eligibility)

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team and model APS values and conduct.
  • Experience managing change, improving processes, and handling ambiguity.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Sound judgement, analytical and problem-solving capabilities; interpret and apply legislation.
  • Proven track record delivering results on complex projects with risk management.
  • Ability to build productive stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively toward outcomes.
  • In-depth understanding, or ability to quickly learn, the Tribunal’s legislative and policy context for diverse users.
