About the Opportunity
The role sits within Sport Integrity Australia’s Sport Partnership Section, which supports NSOs, NSODs and state bodies to strengthen integrity and anti-doping capabilities. You will lead the state and territory integrity capability strategy, coordinating with governments and sport federations to set capability requirements and secure resources for implementation. Your work will help ensure alignment with the National Integrity Framework and broader policy standards across jurisdictions.
You’ll engage across diverse stakeholders to identify opportunities, drive collaboration, and deliver tools and resources that lift learning and development. By planning resources, managing risk, and monitoring progress, you’ll help strengthen Sport Integrity Australia’s reputation and impact across all jurisdictions.

| Monitor and evaluate | Implement a monitoring framework to continually improve jurisdictional integrity capability. |

About You (Eligibility)
- Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated relevant experience.
- Understanding of sport integrity initiatives and their application in state/territory contexts.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills with demonstrated influence and outcomes.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align with operational activities, analysis and insights.
- Ability to work independently or with limited guidance and exercise sound judgement.
- Willingness to undergo pre-engagement screening as part of APS requirements.
