On a day-to-day basis you’ll administer the eRecruitment system, advise hiring managers, coordinate onboarding, and help drive recruitment and talent projects across the organisation.

Duties (What You Will Do)

| Coordinate talent initiatives | Support graduate programs, high-potential programs and other workforce capability initiatives. |
| Coordinate program activities | Liaise with participants, stakeholders and external providers for assessments, workshops and development activities. |
| Prepare program communications | Assist with communications, briefings and stakeholder updates. |
| Provide project support | Administrative support for talent-related projects and initiatives within People and Culture. |
| Deliver timely advice | Offer guidance to managers and staff on recruitment and talent enquiries. |
| Identify improvement opportunities | Look for ways to improve systems, processes and guidance materials. |
About You (Eligibility)
- Proven capability in recruitment with end-to-end process experience in government or corporate settings.
- Experience interpreting and advising on Enterprise Agreements, policy and HR best practice.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement, with clear, practical advice.
- Experience with eRecruitment systems (e.g., HireRoad or similar).
- Attention to detail and solid record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team; sound judgement with confidential information.
- Desirable: experience supporting talent development programs, government HR environment, familiarity with procurement or financial administration processes.
