Duties (What You Will Do)
| Key Responsibilities |
| Undertake day-to-day finance operations on accounts payable and/or accounts receivable tasks and debt management. |
| Process travel and purchase card transactions in the finance system; monitor and support policy compliance. |
| Contribute to the end-of-month cycle and financial statement process; ensure accuracy of accounts and journal processing, manage cut-off times, and maintain compliant documentation. |
| Provide support to internal and external stakeholders on payables, receivables, travel and purchase card tasks, and other financial processing matters. |
| Manage mailbox queries and issues in a timely manner. |
About You (Eligibility)
- Relevant experience in financial processing, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial journals.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with frameworks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems and contribute new ideas.
