As Chief Information, Data and Digital Officer, you’ll lead ACCC’s data, digital and technology strategy. Your daily work will span enterprise IT governance, data strategy, digital platform stewardship, and security, ensuring ethical, outcome-focused solutions that support enforcement, market oversight and public trust. You’ll work closely with the Commission, CEO and senior leaders to align digital initiatives with strategic plans, allocate resources, and drive cross‑agency collaboration.

About You (Eligibility)
- Extensive leadership experience in information, data and digital management within a complex public sector or regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable programmes across data governance, analytics, ICT and digital platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking, political acumen and sound judgement under pressure.
- Technical proficiencies relevant to enterprise data, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Soft skills: inclusive leadership, clear communication, adaptability, and a bias for customer-centred decision making.
