About You (Eligibility)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to define business problems and derive insights from diverse data sets.
- Expertise in analytical languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL).
- Strong written and verbal communication; the ability to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.
- Experience contributing to multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to manage a demanding workload across multiple projects and contribute to capability-building initiatives.
- Experience mentoring junior team members; managing other data specialists is desirable.
- Broad expertise in data acquisition, processing, analysis and visualisation; commitment to staying current with new techniques, including AI/ML.
