About the Opportunity
The Australian Sports Commission is embarking on the Green and Gold decade, aligning to major international events and the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This is a chance to help shape a high-performance data ecosystem that supports athletes, coaches and scientists across the ASC network. The Sport Intelligence & Analytics team delivers data engineering, analytics, science and governance support, while managing critical platforms like the Athlete Management System and AIS Hub.
As an AMS Performance Consultant you will provide expert advice on AMS delivery, manage projects, improve data quality and analysis, and build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll help identify improvements that drive better outcomes for athletes and staff, while contributing to the ASC’s values of Excellence, Integrity, Respect and Teamwork.

About You (Eligibility)
- Australian citizenship is required; the role requires ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Security Clearance.
- Experience implementing data systems and analytics in a high-performance or government setting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proven project management capability and a collaborative mindset.
- Technical proficiency with data capture, data quality, and analytics methods; knowledge of Teamworks is desirable.
