Duties
- We are seeking proactive Advice Services Officers to join our Advice Services team.
- As a Senior Advice Services Officer, you will coordinate and deliver high quality service delivery to
- charities and members of the public. You’ll support quality assurance activities, manage escalated
- enquiries, coach staff and assist with complex work, including the review and maintenance of
- procedural documentation.
- You will undertake a range of complex client engagement activities that are largely governed by
- established guidelines and procedures. You’ll liaise with business partners on technical,
- moderately complex to complex issues relating to charity legislation and policy.
- You will provide information on procedures, policies, guidelines and makes decisions. You’ll
- collaborate with multiple business areas of the organisation to meet agency objectives.
