Duties (What You Will Do)
| Support the consistent application of project management standards and contribute to building project delivery maturity across the AER. |
| Produce high‑quality project artefacts and documentation to support governance, decision‑making and organisational clarity. |
| Contribute to discrete project management tasks as directed by the Corporate Division. |
| Assist with governance and ongoing process documentation relating to TechnologyOne ERP, including annual regression testing cycles and system administration support. |
| Provide oversight and monitoring of AER Library governance, ensuring subscription owners maintain clear, compliant and value‑for‑money practices. |
| Support continuous improvement of EPMO processes, tools and approaches. |
| Demonstrate strong judgement, initiative and adaptability in an evolving organisational environment. |
About You (Eligibility)
- Experience in a project environment; direct EPMO/PMO experience is highly regarded.
- Experience producing schedules, business cases, risk/issue registers, status reports and governance documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions.
- High‑level written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence and resolve competing issues.
- Ability to quickly understand new processes, systems and governance arrangements (TechnologyOne, Atlassian, Microsoft suites).
- Experience in government, regulatory environments or other complex organisations.
- Experience contributing to change management, procurement or assurance activities.
